In any event, dl444's total aggregate liability to you arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the net deposits made by you to dl444 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ৳5,000 BDT — whichever is lower.

11. Amendments to These Terms
